Terms of Use
The terms governing this website.
Plain English. Last updated April 2026.
What this covers
These terms apply to your use of peninsulaparking.com (the "site"). They do not govern service agreements with Peninsula Parking clients, which are addressed in separate contracts.
Accepting these terms
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information accuracy
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but we make no warranty that everything is current at all times. Pricing, staffing, service area, and operational details discussed here are illustrative; the binding terms for any engagement are those in your specific quote and service agreement.
Inquiries and quotes
Submitting a quote request through the contact form does not create a service agreement. A binding agreement is created only when you sign a Peninsula Parking service contract or accept a written quote in writing.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, designs, photographs, and trademarks are the property of Peninsula Parking or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish material without our written permission.
Linking
You may link to peninsulaparking.com without permission, provided the link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship that does not exist.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peninsula Parking is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms as our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be summarized when we update.
