Luxury Event Valet

Red-carpet service. From the first arrival to the last farewell.

Galas, weddings, corporate launches, and milestone parties run on choreography. We staff to the actual guest count, walk the curb before the first arrival, and write a rain plan into every quote.

What we do

Six event types. Different choreography, one standard.

A wedding driveway is not a gala arrival. A corporate launch is not a holiday party. We staff each event for its own pacing, with a supervisor who has run that kind of curb before.

Galas & Nonprofit Fundraisers

Black-tie events with red-carpet expectations. Signage, supervisor on site, and a guest-list-aware curb that matches the event's polish.

Weddings

The driveway is part of the ceremony. White-glove handling of the bridal party, the getaway car, and every guest car behind them.

Corporate Events

Investor days, shareholder meetings, product launches, and holiday parties. Staffed at the level your brand wants to be seen at.

Premieres & Product Launches

Theater premieres, gallery openings, and consumer-facing brand events. Trained attendants in custom uniforms when the brand calls for it.

Private Parties

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and family gatherings on private estates. Discreet attendants who greet at arrival and disappear after the handoff.

Holiday Parties

Office holiday parties and venue-hosted seasonal events. Staffed for the calendar's busiest five weeks with the same quality every shift.

What's included

Premium Valet Parking Service.

Every event quote includes all seven elements below. They are the floor, not a menu of upgrades. The only thing we add for an event versus a daily program is more attendants and event-specific signage.

01

Trained Attendants

Experienced, reliable, well-groomed and organized. Hired locally, supervised on every shift.

02

Hospitality

Guest greeting, direction, and information assistance. The team trained to feel like part of yours.

03

Uniforms

Sharp, consistent appearance. Custom uniform options available to match your brand.

04

Signage

Standard valet parking and directional signs at the curb, the lot, and the path between.

05

Traffic Control

Cones, radios, and lighted equipment so the curb keeps moving even when arrivals stack.

Frequently asked

Common questions about event valet.

How many valets do I need?

Staffing depends on guest count, arrival timing, curb layout, parking distance, and the service window. We review those details before recommending a crew plan.

What about rain?

Weather planning can be included in the event operating plan. The proposal can identify equipment, signage, and guest-routing options appropriate for the venue.

How do you handle high-end vehicles?

Every attendant on a Peninsula crew is trained to drive a Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, and Porsche Taycan, and to recognize when a vehicle should be parked closer to the door rather than rotated through the lot. For weddings and high-value events we record a written walk-around on every vehicle over a defined threshold.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the venue, arrival window, parking layout, service hours, and any layered services such as shuttle or concierge support. We prepare a quote after learning the event details.

Can you issue a Certificate of Insurance for my venue?

Yes. We can issue a COI naming your venue, your wedding planner, your event production company, or any required additional insureds. The standard wording most Bay Area venues require is on file.

How far in advance should I book?

For one-off events we ask for as much notice as possible, but we have staffed events on a week's lead time when crews were available. For weddings and large galas, the typical lead is four to twelve weeks.
