Hotels, restaurants, retail centers, and corporate campuses run a different curb than a one-night event. We build programs that scale to peak hours, hold one supervisor for the life of the relationship, and keep the same standard every shift.

Learn moreWhat's included
Seven elements. Every recurring program above includes all seven, every shift, for the life of the contract. They are the floor, not a menu of upgrades.
Experienced, reliable, well-groomed and organized. Hired locally, supervised on every shift.
Guest greeting, direction, and information assistance. The team trained to feel like part of yours.
Sharp, consistent appearance. Custom uniform options available to match your brand.
Standard valet parking and directional signs at the curb, the lot, and the path between.
Cones, radios, and lighted equipment so the curb keeps moving even when arrivals stack.
Key storage, claim checks, and on-site directions. Every vehicle accounted for at every step.
Flashlights, umbrellas, and a fully stocked emergency kit. The boring details we never skip.
Folded in on request
An attendant at the curb is rarely the only thing your property needs at the curb. These extras get scoped into a program when the brief calls for them.
Full-service on- and off-site transportation, with vans, minibuses, and coaches sized to the program.
Baggage handling, bottled water, roses, and mints. The small touches a guest remembers.
Full-service operation of garages, lots, and mixed-use properties. Revenue, staffing, and monthly reporting.
Full-service on-site auto care that elevates the moment a guest gets back in their car.
A touch of elegance that adds a grand entrance for your guests, residents, or patients.
An attendant who walks guests through the venue and answers questions on the way.
Golf carts, custom uniforms, additional event staff for surge days. If you do not see it listed, ask.
Insurance & safety
Peninsula Parking carries general liability, garage keepers, and workers' compensation coverage. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue, your property manager, and any required additional insureds.
Every shift opens with a safety check: equipment, lighting, signage, weather plan. Every shift closes with a vehicle reconciliation and a written incident log when applicable. We maintain a chain-of-custody record for every key we accept.
Coverage details and certificate language available on request.

Frequently asked
We staff to peak hour rather than to a flat headcount. A Tuesday lunch shift at a restaurant looks nothing like a Friday dinner; an office park curb at 8am looks nothing like the same curb at 5pm. We model the schedule against your traffic, then assign a single supervisor and a local attendant team that rotates through it.
The supervisor is the same person for the life of the program. Attendants stay on the program as long as they stay with us.
Yes. Most ongoing programs include a defined ramp clause for predictable peaks (holiday seasons, Mother's Day for restaurants, board-meeting days for offices, regional medical conventions, and so on). We add attendants in advance and roll them off afterward, no contract amendment required.
For unplanned spikes we keep a Peninsula-wide bench that the same supervisor can pull from on short notice.
Recurring programs are priced as a monthly retainer based on staffing level, coverage hours, location, and any layered services (shuttle, concierge, doorman, key management). We don't publish a flat hourly rate because hourly pricing tends to misprice the supervisor relationship and the on-call bench. After a walkthrough we return a written quote within 24 hours.
Yes, and most of our commercial programs started this way. We do a site walkthrough, interview your front-of-house staff, review the existing schedule and incident log, then propose a transition plan that holds the same coverage hours from day one. Most transitions complete within two to four weeks.
We have hired attendants from outgoing vendors when the relationship was healthy and they wanted to stay on the property.
Yes. We can issue a COI naming your venue, property manager, and any required additional insureds. The standard wording most Bay Area properties require is on file and ready to go. Renewals are issued automatically before each policy term.
Every commercial program includes a monthly summary: shifts staffed, vehicles handled, incidents logged, attendant turnover, and any operational notes from the supervisor. For programs with revenue collection we add a financial reconciliation. For healthcare and hospitality clients we tailor the report to the metrics your leadership tracks.
