Fine Dining
High-touch service for white-tablecloth restaurants. Custom uniforms, scripted greeting, and a curb that matches the polish of your dining room.
Restaurant Valet
Restaurant valet that lifts the rhythm of your hostess stand. Dinner-only and lunch-plus-dinner programs built to your traffic, with a supervisor who has run that kind of curb before.
What we do
A Tuesday lunch is not a Friday dinner. Valentine's Day is not a Wednesday in February. We staff to your peak hour rather than to a flat headcount, and we ramp for the calendar peaks every restaurant knows.
High-touch service for white-tablecloth restaurants. Custom uniforms, scripted greeting, and a curb that matches the polish of your dining room.
Casual upscale and high-volume dinner houses. Staffing that scales to peak seating with attendants who keep the curb moving.
Tuesday-through-Saturday dinner shifts at restaurants that don't justify daily coverage. Same supervisor, same crew, same standard every night.
Two-shift programs at higher-volume restaurants. Different staffing levels for the two day-parts, one supervisor across both.
Built-in ramp clauses for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and the December dinner peak. We add attendants in advance and roll them off, no contract amendment required.
Buyouts, anniversary dinners, and private dining-room functions hosted at your restaurant. Layered onto the base program when you need it.

Frequently asked
Most restaurants run on one of three models: hourly per-attendant, monthly retainer, or guest-paid (charged back at the curb). We will walk through the trade-offs on a site visit and recommend the model that matches your traffic and price point. After a walkthrough we return a written quote within 24 hours.
Yes. Most ongoing programs include defined ramp clauses for predictable peaks (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, December). We add attendants in advance and roll them off afterward, no contract amendment required. For one-off buyouts and private events we layer additional staff onto the same supervisor relationship.
Yes. Many of our restaurant programs run Tuesday-through-Saturday dinner only. Same supervisor, same crew, same standard.
For programs that involve city right-of-way or curb permits, we manage permit applications, signage, and the relationship with the city. We have walked enough Peninsula curbs to know which ones need a permit and which ones don't.
Yes. We issue COIs naming your restaurant, property landlord, and any required additional insureds.
