Hotel Valet

The motor court is the front desk. A program your GM thanks you for.

Specialized guest services for boutique, flagship, and resort properties. 24/7 coverage, brand-integrated uniforms, key management, and one supervisor who knows your front desk by name.

What we do

Five hotel programs. One supervisor for the life of the relationship.

A boutique hotel runs a different curb than a flagship resort. A luxury residential building runs a different curb than either. We staff each program for its own pacing and brand standard.

Boutique Hotels

High-touch programs at independents and small flagship properties. Custom uniforms, brand-aligned scripts, and attendants who feel like part of your team.

Flagship & Resort

24/7 staffing for full-service properties. Multi-shift schedules, supervisor coverage every shift, and integration with your guest services and front desk.

Living Communities

Luxury residential buildings, condo towers, and private clubs. Discreet attendants trained on the rhythms of resident traffic and visitor handoffs.

Vendor Transitions

Taking over from an existing vendor. Site walkthrough, staff interviews, and a transition plan that holds the same coverage hours from day one.

COI & Liability

Certificate of Insurance naming your property, management company, and any required additional insureds. Renewals issued automatically.

Concierge Integration

Optional: shuttle, doorman, baggage assistance, and bottled water at arrival. Layered into the program when the brief calls for it.

What's included

Frequently asked

Common questions about hotel valet.

Do you cover 24/7?

Yes. Most flagship and resort programs run 24/7 with multi-shift coverage and a supervisor on every shift. Boutique programs sometimes run a tighter window (early morning through late evening) and we staff to that schedule.

Will your attendants follow our brand standards?

Yes. We train every hotel-program attendant on your brand-specific scripts, uniform standards, and guest-service protocols before their first shift. Custom uniforms are standard, not an upcharge.

Can you take over from our current vendor?

Yes, and most of our hotel programs started this way. We do a site walkthrough, interview your front desk and guest services team, review the existing schedule and incident log, then propose a transition plan that holds the same coverage hours from day one. Most transitions complete within two to four weeks.

How does pricing work for ongoing programs?

Hotel programs are priced as a monthly retainer based on staffing level, coverage hours, and any layered services. We don't publish a flat hourly rate because hourly pricing tends to misprice the supervisor relationship and the on-call bench. After a walkthrough we return a written quote within 24 hours.

Can you issue a Certificate of Insurance naming additional insureds?

Yes. We can issue a COI naming your venue, property manager, and any required additional insureds. Renewals are issued automatically before each policy term.

What happens if a guest vehicle is damaged?

Garage keepers coverage applies. Our standard claim process: incident logged on the spot, supervisor notifies you within the hour, written summary the same day, and a single claims contact for your hotel for the life of the policy.
