How are attendants trained for patient interactions?

Every healthcare-program attendant completes sensitivity training before their first shift. The training covers mobility-impaired arrivals, dementia-aware interactions, emotionally distressed visitors, and the cues for when to pause and call for help. We refresh the training annually.

Are your programs ADA-compliant?

Yes. Every healthcare program is designed with ADA-accessible drop-off, wheelchair coordination, and explicit protocols for patients with mobility devices. We work with your facilities team to identify and stage the right access points.

What about patient privacy?

Attendants do not record or photograph in patient-visible areas, do not discuss patient or visitor names, and do not access vehicle interiors except as required for parking. Healthcare programs run with the discretion patient populations require, and every attendant is trained on those expectations before their first shift.

Do you cover after-hours and emergencies?

Yes. Most hospital programs run 24/7 with multi-shift coverage. After-hours arrivals get the same standard: greeting, ADA-aware service, and a supervisor reachable on shift.

How does insurance work for healthcare programs?

We carry general liability, garage keepers, and workers' compensation coverage at levels appropriate for healthcare environments. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance naming your hospital, system, and any required additional insureds.

Can you take over from our current vendor?

Yes. Hospital transitions are sensitive: we plan them with your facilities and patient-services teams, hold the same coverage hours from day one, and run a parallel period if your administration prefers. Most transitions complete within four weeks.
