What vehicle sizes do you offer?
We run programs in vans (8 to 14 passenger), minibuses (16 to 28 passenger), and coaches (35 to 56 passenger). The right vehicle depends on the route, the ridership pattern, and the venue's loading constraints. We size the vehicles on a walkthrough.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes. Every driver holds a current commercial driver's license appropriate to the vehicle, a current medical card, and clears a standard background check. Our commercial auto and passenger liability coverage matches what hotels and conference venues require.
Do you offer ADA-accessible vehicles?
Yes. Wheelchair-accessible vans and minibuses are available on request and routinely scheduled into hotel and event programs.
How does pricing work?
Shuttle pricing is a function of vehicle size, hours, distance, and any layered services like branded wraps or dedicated coordinator hours. Most programs run on hourly or per-event pricing. After a brief conversation we can return a written quote within 24 hours.
Can you handle multi-day conferences and surge days?
Yes. Conference and surge programs are common. We staff up the bench for predictable peaks and add vehicles in advance, no contract amendment required.
Can shuttles be branded for our property or event?
Yes. Branded wraps, signage, and uniformed drivers are standard options for hotel programs, conferences, and corporate event runs.
