Common questions about wedding valet.
Do you do weddings?
Yes. Wedding valet is one of the largest portions of our event work. We have run weddings at Filoli, Allied Arts, Thomas Fogarty, the Holbrook-Palmer Estate, and at private estates throughout Atherton, Woodside, Hillsborough, and the Napa-adjacent wine country.
How many valets do I need for a wedding?
For a typical 100-to-200-guest wedding with arrivals concentrated in a 30-minute window, we plan four to seven attendants plus a supervisor. Larger weddings or split-arrival schedules may need more. We will tell you exactly on a walkthrough.
How is the bridal party handled?
The bridal party gets a separate arrival lane and a designated attendant. The getaway car is staged where the photographer needs it, with keys held in a chain-of-custody envelope until the moment of departure.
What about rain?
Every wedding quote includes a written rain plan. Umbrellas, additional staff to escort guests from car to entrance, modified signage. We do not charge extra to invoke it. The Peninsulas microclimates have made us cautious; we would rather staff for weather that does not arrive than the other way.
How far in advance should I book wedding valet?
For weddings, four to twelve weeks is typical. For shorter notice we still take the call. We have staffed weddings on a weeks lead time when crews were available.
How much does wedding valet parking cost?
Pricing is a function of guest count, arrival window, venue layout, and any layered services. Most Bay Area weddings fall in a defined range we can share on a brief call. Written quote within 24 hours.
