What special events do you cover?
Galas, nonprofit fundraisers, museum openings, product launches, premieres, anniversary parties, milestone birthdays, and private dinners. We have run events at the de Young, the Asian Art Museum, the Computer History Museum, and at private estates throughout the Peninsula and East Bay.
How is red-carpet service different?
Red carpet means a defined drop-off lane, additional signage, an extra attendant on greeting, and a written choreography for arrivals. The first impression is part of the event. We staff for it explicitly.
How many attendants do I need?
For a 100-to-300-guest gala with arrivals concentrated in a 30-minute window, we plan four to nine attendants plus a supervisor. Larger events scale linearly. We will tell you on a walkthrough.
Can you handle press and security coordination?
Yes. For events with press lines or executive protection, we coordinate vehicle staging, route attendants out of camera angles, and integrate with venue security on the radio.
What is the cost of valet for a gala or fundraiser?
