Yes. For events with EP details, we integrate on the radio, route vehicle staging out of executive sight lines, and coordinate dedicated lanes for principals.
What about confidentiality?
Attendants do not record or photograph in event-visible areas, do not discuss attendee names, and do not access vehicle interiors except as required for parking. NDAs available on request.
How quickly can you staff a last-minute corporate event?
For events scheduled inside two weeks we still take the call. We have staffed events on three days notice when crews were available.
